Plan Melbourne Refresh Submissions
Written submissions on the Plan Melbourne refresh discussion paper (DOCX 187.7 KB) were received during an eight-week consultation period from 22 October to 18 December 2015.
There was a high level of community and stakeholder interest in the refresh. A total of 315 ‘unique’ submissions were received and a further 82 written submissions were received from members of two golf clubs in relation to the proximity of the clubs to the urban growth boundary.
A small number of submissions received have not been published because the submitter was granted confidentiality as requested or we were unable to contact the submitter to gain any permission to publish the submission.
Some submissions have been redacted in accordance with the privacy collection notices or to protect the privacy of individuals named in submissions.

In addition to the many written submissions received, feedback on the Plan Melbourne refresh discussion paper was received through face-to-face workshops and online engagement activities.
